New Heart Horizons

New Heart Horizons

New Heart Horizons

It’s not all about you Steve!
Where did that come from?
Over here, over here,
Follow the eyes across the room!

Next morning at breakfast,
She’s stood behind my chair,
I lean backward cautiously,
Toward her soft wooliness.

Later that day she’s there again,
Right in the line of my gaze;
Solstice –
Rituals of magick,
Expanding new heart horizons.

But some days it’s all about me;
I can’t help it.
We all experience ebb and flow,
The need to receive,
Alongside the gifts of the luminary.

Of course,

It’s never all about any one,
Only ever about us all –
Dressed in our rags of light,
Awaiting Love’s redemption.
